What is coaching?

Coaching is a process where the clients explore their ambitions, goals, and desires, and my job as a coach is to partner with my clients and help encourage them to take the action to create a mindset of abundance and accomplishment for their ambitions, goals, and desires.

Why not just go to therapy?

Coaching and therapy are very similar but also very different. In both professions our goal is to help our clients overcome hardships. Similar themes may come up in both therapy and coaching but the approach is different. When in therapy there is a strong focus on assessing and diagnosing, as a coach we do not diagnose ANY mental health issues. If you are concerned about significant mental health issues we will refer you to a therapist who can help. In therapy there is also a focus on healing the past. As a coach we focus on the present and how to accomplish the current goals and desires that our clients have.

What Type of Coaching Do You Do?

As a coach I have a wide variety of areas that I specialize in. Couples coaching using Prepare-Enrich is important to me. I want my clients to be in the happiest, healthiest relationships possible. My goal is to help other couples and people to regain the spark in their relationships.
